We want you to be fully satisfied with your R.A.D® performance gear. If your equipment isn't meeting your training needs, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original R.A.D® packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
